my new hobby seems to be art prints/posters, which is just as expensive as the sneaker one…sigh.
I finally picked up a brand new pair, i’ve been looking for 2,3years for a pair that aren’t used (Yea, people are gross enough to buy used sneakers). I can beat on the pair i have till they fall apart! 
OK so panera doesn’t serve the honey bacon Dijon panini anymore. WTF that was my go-to order! may we have a moment of silence please.
i fixed the cable box somehow by fidgeting with it and now i can see espn in all its glory. who needs those lazy cablevision workers ?!
I should have opened a gas station. They must make a stupid amount of money. I never realized how many gas stations were across from each other and they both are still in business. Imagine having a dunkin donuts and starbucks next to each other, one would surely close within a year. Espn still doesnt work at my job. Sigh
every fucken channel at work seems to work but ESPN. how am i suppose to get my dose of sports center?!

Alright so I’ve neglected this thing again. I was just busy with life and stuff. I’ve been laying low , trying to stay out of any trouble. So where were you when you heard MJ died? I was at work answering a phone call when I got a text about it, of course I didn’t believe it and neither did my coworkers so one of them went on their iphone and sure as shit it was true. MADNESS! I think people went over board though on facebook, on the news etc. 3days after his death the news still devoted the first 30minutes of coverage to it. I live in a major metropolitan city too, thank you. I also am up for a promotion at the end of the month if I finish 4weeks of training. I’m pretty relieved since I waited 2years for this to happen. It will bring a lot more responsibility and I will have people under me but the pay raise will make it worth it. Waking up at 5am has sucked though, my body is rejecting the notion too. I went to sleep at 9:30pm last night and fell asleep but by 10:30pm I just woke up suddenly and wasn’t tired anymore. I guess my body thought I was just taking a nap? I finally fell asleep at 1am probably. STAY TUNEDDDD
just sitting here watching super bowl, and one of the very first ads was for what seemed to be an sci-fi action type movie which caught my eye for some reason. Looked good, but at the very end the title…..GI JOE blew my mind. I MUST SEE THIS MOVIE! First transformers, now this! now all they need is to make a Thundercats, Voltron, and a better HE-MAN movie and my childhood memories will be set. OHHH arizona won the toss! but I’m Going for the steelers!
Alright alright, I know I have been lazy and haven’t posted anything so I figured nows the perfect time since I’m sick, and stuck laying around on a Saturday night. Hopefully I’m better tomorrow because its super bowl Sunday, and i’ve got the hankering for junk food. What else has happened so far in 2009…hmmmm… i have fallen in love with spreadsheets. yes , nerdy excel spread sheets. I’ve been making one for everything! my daily budget for the year, my pay stubs, all the serial numbers of stuff i own etc etc. i dont know how i survived without them, they keep everything so organized and they add everything up automatically and make nice little pie charts and stuff. Its the little things i tell ya. I also think they should bring the McRib back by me, This months maxim has an article on the McRib and the cult following it has, and some McD in like Illinois still carry it! i think id have one a week errrr month (with my deteriorating health looming)if the local Mcd carried it. Alright I’m off for now, i shall hit this up again soon. till then…..
yea yea whatever I skipped over the whole month of Oct. and most of Nov. I’ve been lazy. SUPER LAZY. I need to keep a notepad of topics I want to write about, because I will have these flashes of brilliant ideas and then POOF they disappear. This mostly happens when I’m laying down and going to sleep, recounting my days. Lets see Halloween, high cholesterol, doctor visits, Obama wins , cold, big pay checks……..yea that sums up my life since I last wrote.
so I got a new cell phone (LG Dare), so far so good. Its all touch screen though so I have to get use to texting. I’m so use to banging away with my fat fingers sometimes I over shoot the buttons on the new phone. I can get ringtones and pics on the phone though with a supplied USB wire, which none of my old phones had. I always had to email myself crap which dipped into my text message plan. Hopefully its rugged enough to last me ? time will tell my friends!
You know what sucks? When the string in your sweatpants/shorts/swimtrunks gets sucked up into the waistband. Oh I KNOW you know what I’m talking about! It took me 15minutes today just to get the string back out into the open.
so I’ve been sick the past 2 days, on my days off of course. Feels like the fucken flu. SUCKSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS 
so my I had my blood pressure taken at work just to fuck around and it was 140/80, which im told is high. Looks like all those bubba burgers and sunday bbqs at work are paying a toll and im going to have to watch what i eat for now. On a bright note i started to work out again, hopefully by summer 2009 I will be back to my normal routine!
so I was eating chipotle (chicken burrito, black beans, peppers and onions, rice, mild salsa, corn salsa, lettuce, cheese, guac and sour cream…thanks) on the second floor when I decided to wash my hands before i ate, the bathroom was clean but it was wheel chair access. What’s so wierd about that? well the steps to the second floor are narrow as crap and there is no handrail or anything. SOOOOOOO unless someone carries the person up the steps piggyback and someone else carries the wheelchair up a handicap bathroom is probably more useful on the first floor, no?
I was tired of being the last person on the face of the earth who didn’t see Dark Knight, so Jesse was a good sport and I dragged her with me to see it. I think it lived upto the hype, and of course joker stole the show. I was more surprised at the twists the actually story had. Overall the Christian Bale Batman era owns the rest of the series!
This post my friends will be ramblings about money. If you don’t like to see me get money then I suggest not reading past this point. SOOOOOOO as some of you may already know last month i got a nice $17k check from work, i guess you could call it backpay? or a bonus? I of course being the thirfty tax saver that I am decided to put half of that into my 401k which maxes it out for the year. Hopefully it will pay off when im old and dont have to work ever again. Then today I just found out today i’m getting a 20% raise. PRAISE THE LORD! I’m still saving for another place though, so I dont know how much spending i will do with these new found riches? By next time this year I should be promoted as well, if all goes well I wont be able to resist a new car. BLANG BLANG!

Im not a big late tv show guy anymore, I do enjoy a few skits. Headlines , stupid human tricks, and unnecessary censorship are prob my favs. This one is so funny and so wrong at the same time I had to post it!
I’ve been working at my job for four years now. Seems like yesterday I started man time flies. So four down. I have a $6k base raise to look foward too this year, probably some more on top of that i just wont know until my 5th anniversary how much . Other then that its a waiting game for a promotion or another agency , which ever calls first 
OK so if you could have one super power, what would it be? I think I would want to be able to read minds this way I know what someone is thinking and I wouldnt have to guess. I kind of have a super power thanks to work, I can usually tell when someone is lying to my face. I’m about 85% id say. I’m pretty good at catching people in lies as well. Actually i think id like to be able to turn invisible! Oh what i would do with that………….I hope Heroes comes on soon, i lurve that show! On that note, I’m out like a fatkid in dodgeball.
I’ve had the power to vote for some time now but never took advantage of it. To most people i tell they get angry and flustered at me, The whole blahblah 200 years ago only white wealthy males could vote yadda yadda. I wonder if anyone has ever died for the right to vote? probably so, but alas I taken advantage of the democratic process for way to long. So I finally decided to register to vote. The process wasn’t as bad as i thought it would be, thanks to the technological wonder we call the Internet. I’ll admit I’m one of those people …..the one who says “what could my one vote possibly do? it wont change anything”. I couldn’t decide what party I am while i was filling out my card , how does one decide? I have no clue who I will vote for This coming Nov for President. I will make it a game time decision and see whose beliefs I share?
so i just had to write about this eye opening article i read. I cant divulge the nature of the article , but it definitely changed my perspective on certain aspects of my life. I will implement phases of it to see if it will get me out of my life slump and post my progress here
